What is the energy manager?
With the PANTABOX energy manager, you use the electricity from your photovoltaic system to charge your electric car with the PANTABOX. As the central link between the PV system and the wallbox, it synchronises the charging process with the self-generated solar power.
How does the energy manager work?
The energy manager continuously monitors energy generation, determines the PV surplus and coordinates the charging process in order to maximise the use of self-generated electricity. This leads to increased independence from grid power and significant cost savings. You can use the app to specify when the vehicle should be available and at what charge level.
The setup is easy:
The inverter and the PANTABOX are connected and configured via the PANTABOX Energy Manager app. The only requirement is that all devices are in the same local network.
