The energy manager is the link between the PV system and the wallbox
With the PANTABOX energy manager, you can use electricity from your photovoltaic system to charge your electric car. It synchronises the charging process with your self-generated solar power.
The app is used to set WHEN the vehicle should be available with WHICH CHARGING STATION.
Charging is calculated automatically. You can set off with the planned charge level - even if the sun is not shining.
With PV surplus charging, you increase your own consumption in your "personal electricity mix", are more independent and save money.
Synchronisation of power generation and charging process
The energy manager monitors energy generation and records the amount of solar power generated.
If the PV system generates more electricity than is consumed in the household, the energy manager identifies this surplus.
Based on your settings, the energy manager decides how to utilise the surplus. It checks various options such as feeding it into the power grid or PV surplus charging of the electric car.

Use the PANTABOX Energy Manager app to connect your inverter to the PANTABOX and configure the settings. The only requirement is that all devices are in the same local network and the communication interfaces are activated.
